Established in 2010, Palmer builders was built on dreams and hard work, over 25 years in the construction industry.  We formed Palmer Builders with a determination to deliver what the customer is looking for and change the general perception of what a builder can do. With a stronger focus on customer service and quality of finish, we also offer a wide knowledge of the technical side.

Starting off as a young 16 year old leaving school, Leon Palmer pursued a career as an architect and studied  'Construction and The Built Environment'. After getting accepted at University to study Architecture, Leon was offered a job with Cassidy Developments in the Design office. From there Leon realised he preferred to be on site and went on to gain an impressive resume of jobs as a project manager, site manager and contracts manager with many household names today to include, Taylor Woodrow Developers, Sir Robert McAlpines in London, Karline Bricklaying, Barrett Homes and David Wilson Homes. His experience was the catalyst for instilling his own company values of ethics and service. The company is run by Leon and his wife Jessica and has close working partnerships with Leons brother who owns a saw mill and specialises in timber framed buildings.

When making a house a home we understand that it is very personal and special, which is why when we undertake any new project it means as much to us as it does to you. It's important for us to educate and bring you along throughout the journey so that we are able to deliver and create your vision together.
